2006 I.C.R.C.
Golf Tournament Report On Sunday, August 13th, 28 golfers entered the Annual ICRC Golf Tournament, held for the 2nd year in a row at The Club at Bond Head The tournament was switched to a "scramble" format in 2003 to create some more excitement, and to encourage a few more golfers to participate. Bruce Maxwell's team of John Cruise, Shaun Orange and Stuart Thompson shot an impressive -10 (61) to take this year's title. The team of Alan Maxwell, Ken Smith, John Haarer and John's son Paul (possible ringer that was flown up for the tourney - this is being reviewed) finished 2nd, 3 shots off the pace at -7. Neil Maxwell won the "Closest to the Hole" and Craig Pickering hit a bomb uphill and into the wind to win the longest drive. Thanks to all who who participated and made this day a lot of fun!! Our thanks to everybody at The Club at
Bond Head for their hospitality.
