Ontario RU president Richard Powers has annnounced vastly revamped league structure for 2001, one that reduces travel and evens out competition, while adding a club on club component.

The Cup will consist of four round pools. All Marshall teams will be included, but spread across the pools. The pool winners will advance to the Cup Semis and so on.
A schedule is expected shortly, and the league does include the bonus point structure long rumored. It also includes club on club in the Marshall Division.
